To get started in Goolash with Autotask Bundles, override a product by selecting a Service Bundle via its configuration window.

a customer buys the following:
- 5x Microsoft 365 Business Standard
- 10x Microsoft 365 Business Basic
Based on the number of licenses you will add a support or service plan.
In Autotask you have a service bundle or a Service:
- Support plan + Ms 365 bus stand
- Support plan + Ms 365 bus basic
In your contract, you will connect the correct service that you use for this customer.
