6 times a day Goolash connects with Microsoft CSP to update all the contracts.

On very rare occasions we receive a timeout or access denied on a Microsoft tenant.
We retry three times until we mark a Microsoft, Google or Autotask account as not working. 

We send out an email when this  happens, and will keep being reminded every three days until it’s sorted

In the backend, we retry syncing the contract until we have an active connection again. In most of the cases, we establish the connection again without a problem.
